Come prepared with a general outline or list of questions—better yet, send them in advance—to get the most out of the session. Athletes have found monthly or bimonthly consultations beneficial. This allows for evaluation and modification of training plans. Topics of consultations can include but are not limited to:
- Evaluation of past and current training plans
- Development of future goals
