Laura offers customized individual coaching for triathletes, swimmers, cyclists, and runners of all levels looking to conquer their next challenge. Whether it’s your first 5K run or your 10th Iron-distance triathlon, Laura will work with you to develop a precise training plan that is designed for YOUR goals and YOUR schedule. She will eliminate the “guesswork” of your race preparation and put your mind at ease.
For all athletes, coaching will include:
- Initial in-person, telephone, or Skype conference
- Event-specific race planning including nutrition, pacing, strategy, etc.
- Nutrition analysis for daily diet (if needed) and sport/race nutrition planning
- Basic edition of Trainingpeaks.com “coached” account
- Evaluation of past training and development of future goals
- Structured, customized workouts for the athlete Workouts sent in 1-2 week blocks to allow time for planning, evaluation, and modification.
- Analysis and feedback on individual workouts
- Heart rate and power-based training (if client has technology—not required)
- Laboratory test analysis (if available) and field-based assessments
- In person, email, phone, text, social media communication as needed.
